Q: Can the Nova Torch help my body heal itself.
A: Yes. It can be used before and after an operation and reduces the time of wound healing. It can decrease post operative infection, it will increase the immune response and decrease the immune suppressing and secondary effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. It does this by improved recovery of red and white blood cell counts, without in any way, interfering with the treatment function.

Q: If I buy one Application will that give me a way to treat any problem at all.
A: No, you need to use the right acupuncture points or zones for each condition. That is why there is over 100 applications on this website. Each one you buy you should keep in a folder and build up a health directory for yourself. Like the Nova Torch you only have to buy them once.

Q: How do I turn the torch on and off and change the battery.
A: Only open the torch at the end by the strap to change the battery and to turn on and off. To open at top/lens you may disrupt the spring and break the seal.

Q: Do I need to disinfect the torch lens.
A: Only if several people use it, or if you are treating a contaminated area like active acne or similar. Wipe the lens with a tissue with a little disinfectant on it or similar sterilizing product. Obviously don't immerse the lens or any part of the torch in liquid.

Q: Can I leave the nova torch on each point longer than 10 seconds.
A: Yes no problem you wont do any harm.

Q: How does the Nova Torch remove pain.
A: The process when using the Nova Torch for pain activates the bodies own natural morphine (endogenous opiates) and that anesthetizes the pain. It also causes the brain to release certain chemicals (neurotransmitters) pain killers, and anti-inflamatories, which activate the the body's healing processes.

Q: If I treat a condition is there a chance it will get worse before it gets better.
A: You may feel like that happens sometimes, the condition is not actually getting worse. It is that the brain is now becoming aware of the existing problem and is responding. You cannot over treat or over stimulate a point or zone with Nova Therapy.

Q: I suffer from anxiety, stress, worry, grief and depression. Can the Nova Torch really help me to get well and balanced.
A: Yes very much so. Use as often as needed, if conditions are extreme use the torch every hour or so until you feel better.

Q: Will my prescription medication be affected by using this product.
A: Generally no it won’t. However one must be aware of the possible danger of treating pancreatitis (insulin dependant Type l diabetes) without considering the possibility of a drop in blood glucose, which could result in the equivalent of an overdose of insulin. So, if you are diabetic and are taking medication to lower your blood sugar levels – no-needle acupuncture will cause the pancreas to produce insulin.

Q: Can any drugs stop the Nova acupuncture without needles working.
A: Yes. The Nova procedures are compatible with all modes of western medicine, except cortisone in all its various forms, as external cortisone prevents the body's own production, and immune system response.

Q: Can you use the Nova Torch though clothing.
A: Yes, but only white and light weight fabric like underwear.

Q: How quick will wrinkles disappear.
A: It is an ongoing process; they will soften and look less evident, then gradually fade away. The process is very quick though a matter a weeks to see some good improvement, it depends on how deep the wrinkles are. If they are extremely deep they may just soften, but you will still notice a huge improvement.

Q: Any good advise for results.
A: Yes use the Nova Torch as directed. Once in a while wont give you the results you want. You have to USE it to get results.
